A rather splendid blend of only the finest apricots (the greatest fruit beginning with ‘A’, no question) and chillis (origin unknown).
The red lentil base does not intrude too much with the flavouring of the apricot and chilli, and in fact allows for only the greatest taste sensation known to man.
Points lost due to Ross’ own failure of added too much extra Chilli in flake form.
